In our search for new talent, Inspired Quill is one of the few of publishers who readily accept unsolicited manuscripts. If you have a finished work you would like to submit, make sure you take a look at the guidelines on the right.
Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks before we are able to reply. If after that time has elapsed you have not received a return email, feel free to contact us again for a submission update.

Quill is very happy to
look at all genres (including Poetry, Plays, Non-Fiction and
Short Story Anthologies), with the exception of:
- Biography
- Romance
- Children's Literature
How To Submit

- All submissions should be sent as attachments in Microsoft Word format. (Sorry, Mac users!)
What To Submit
- We require two chapters of your manuscript.
- A detailed synopsis.
- A query letter, which includes your full contact details (name, email, phone number, address) and manuscript word count.
Please Note
- Novel submissions should be a minimum of 55,000 words in length.
- In submitting Poetry and Plays, the whole manuscript is required in the first instance.
